2017年6月5日至11日,来自中国、老挝、柬埔寨、缅甸、泰国、越南的文化遗产行政管理部门官员、世界文化遗产地管理单位负责人以及从事文化遗产保护、文物考古研究、博物馆管理和旅游经营的专业人士,齐聚中国云南，就共同关心的澜湄流域文化遗产保护与推广问题，进行了较为深入而广泛的研讨。
On June 5 through 11, 2017, officials and professionals in the field of cultural heritage preservation, administration and research from China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam, conducted the Workshop on Cultural Heritage Preservation and Promotion in Lancang-Mekong Countries in Kunming, Yunnan, China.
研讨会取得圆满成功。通过研讨交流和实地调研，与会人员对文化遗产保护的重要性有了进一步认识，对澜湄流域国家文化遗产保护工作有了全面了解，对澜湄流域文化遗产保护与推广的合作交流形成了共识。
The
Workshop is a complete success. Through indoor meeting and site visit,
all participants have achieved a further understanding on the importance
of cultural heritage preservation, got a comprehensive view of cultural
heritage preservation work of each country, and reached a consensus on
cooperation and exchange of cultural heritage preservation and promotion
between Lancang-Mekong Countries.

Cultural
heritage is concentrated expression and wisdom crystallization of the
glorious history, splendid civilization and extraordinary creativity of
the human kind, the immortal memory of historic progress and social
development, as well as the basic resources of later generations to
follow and develop. It is the common responsibility of mankind to
preserve cultural heritage.
澜湄流域国家是民族多样性和文化多样性富集的地区，有着丰富多彩、丰厚广博的物质文化遗产和瑰丽多姿、蔚为大观的非物质文化遗产。然而，工业化、城镇化和全球化步伐的加快，以及由此造成的人们生产生活方式的改变，使澜湄流域国家文化遗产保护面临日益严重的挑战和威胁。
The
Lancang-Mekong region is such an area that enriches ethnic and cultural
diversities, that is full of tangible and intangible cultural
heritages. However, cultural heritage preservation in Lancang-Mekong
region is facing increasingly tough challenges and threats, due to fast
industrialization, urbanization and globalization, as well as change of
the way of life.
澜湄流域国家山水相连、人民相亲，民族同根、文化同源，各国之间有着友好交往和互利合作的历史基础，具有携手共进和合作共赢的现实愿望；各国同行们在文化遗产保护利用中积累了可资相互学习借鉴的宝贵经验,有着合作交流的需要。
The
Lancang-Mekong countries are neighbors linked by mountains and rivers,
peoples in the region are close friends sharing the same roots and
cultural origins. The history has witnessed friendly exchanges and
mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries, which have strong
desire to join hands for common development. Colleagues in cultural
heritage preservation of the countries accumulated valuable experience
to share with each other, and hope to strengthen and deepen their
cooperation and exchange in the future.
鉴此，研讨会提出如下倡议：
In view of this, all of us earnestly propose as follows:
1、澜湄流域国家的文化遗产行政管理部门要继续深化对“人类命运共同体”理念的认识，积极鼓励和支持文化遗产保护、世界文化遗产联合申报、考古调查研究、人类非遗代表作名录联合申报、文物展览、专业人员交流等活动的组织和开展。
Cultural
heritage administration of Lancang-Mekong countries should continue to
deepen the understanding of the concept of
"a community of shared future for mankind”, actively encourage and
support the organizing and conducting of activities such as cultural
heritage preservation, joint application of world cultural heritage and
master work of human intangible cultural heritage, archaeological
investigation and research, museum exhibition and professional exchange.
2、与会人员要携起手来，共同推动彼此国家间多形式的文化遗产保护合作和交流。
All the participants should join hands to promote various kinds of cooperation and exchange in the field of cultural heritage preservation.
3、澜湄流域国家文化遗产保护和推广研讨会对于促进澜湄流域的文化遗产保护意义重大，希望研讨会能永久落户中国云南、每年举办一次。
The Workshop on Cultural Heritage Preservation and Promotion in Lancang-Mekong Countries is of great significance to promote the preservation of cultural heritage in the region. It is the common hope that the Workshop would be based in Yunnan, China permanently, and could be held once a year from now on.
4、与会人员要共同努力、积极配合，推动研讨会举办形成良好机制，促进今后研讨会召开更富有成果。
All the participants agree to cooperate actively to achieve a favorable mechanism in organizing the workshop, and make future workshop fruitfully.
